Prefect location for travel to and from the airport.
Due to having an early flight and travelling with young children, I booked this hotel, and found the shuttle to the airport (which also holds the train station), very well organised/professional. Travelling to centre of Paris wasn't an issue, and travelling on the train we managed to take in (and meet!) many locals/ex-pats.
The decor of the hotel is perfect, and we were in awe of the architecture, and attention to detail in the restaurant/lobby areas. The Koi and hammocks are a fantastic, and very original addition.
For the children having use of the free pool table, and the late opening swimming facility was a real hit. However, the water could have done with a slight temperature increase! It was too low, and although swimmable, the last thing you want to do is have a very luke warm swim. The jacuzzi was out of service, but had it have been working, this would have gone some way to make up for this.
The other slight issue was the temperature in the rooms. We had an executive room where the windows didn't open, and air conditioning just circulated warm air, so a bit stuffy on a night.
All the staff were pleasant, courteous and couldn't do enough.
Check-in/out was faultless.More
