“Perfect weeks break”
Reviewed 23 March 2015 for a stay in March 2015

Had a lovely weeks stay in Buzzards Watch, the cottage had all the amenities that we had expected & was very warm & comfortable in a quiet setting, which was just what we wanted for a nice relaxing holiday. The area has some lovely walks which we enjoyed. Visited Porthgain, Abereiddi, St. Davids, Solva & Mwnt beach well worth a visit. Can highly recommend the Ffynnone arms for a warm welcome & for their sunday carvery & evening meals. Brilliant weather for March which enabled us to do lots of walking & take in the scenery. Thanks to Sarah & Jim for a friendly welcome on our arrival & for a lovely stay in your lovely cosy cottage.

“The Perfect Retreat”
Reviewed 7 January 2015 for a stay in December 2014

Having decided the beautiful county of Pembrokeshire was to be our Christmas break destination this Christmas we stumbled across an advert for 'Buzzards Watch' on Facebook of all places! Now I have to say I'm glad we did as it was the perfect base for exploring everything this diverse county has to offer!

Whilst this location is a little remote with very little in terms of local amenities without a car, it's also one of its blessings. The countryside the accommodation sits in is very peaceful with only the sound of a sheep's bleat to break the silence, and the views are lovely too.

Our accommodation was one of four self catering units that have been created out of two barns, and in reverse layout with access via steep stone steps. So the kitchen / living space on the first floor with the bedroom / bathroom on the ground floor. You could access the outside from the bedroom though onto a terrace if required.

Overall we really enjoyed staying here as it had everything you needed and it was a great base to explore the coastline and beaches with several reachable within 20 minutes.

“Peaceful & Relaxing”
Reviewed 22 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Had a lovely week in Buzzards Watch. Cottage was very comfortable & provided everything we needed for a very relaxing & peaceful holiday. Ideally located for ease of travelling around Wales, though cottage is located at bottom of long narrow single track road, however, this affords lovely views of the surrounding country side & valleys.
