Picked venue at random for Dinner.Turned to be an excellent discovery. We are in the courtyard which was always full throughout the evening providing a great ambiance.
The food was excellent.A shared starter of October and potato salad was divine. The main courses of Pasta for my wife was light and tasty.I had a large Rib of Beef cooked to perfection on a charcoal grill.A good wine list and a reasonable cost .We loved it here

There are so many good restaurants around Lake Garda but the surroundings in this transported us to another time and place.
Off a little side street leading from the lake front towards the castle this little treasure is Positioned in a courtyard surrounded by traditional old Italian houses , the walls draped with flowers adorned with little twinkling lights. An old well served as the entrance to the kitchen area.
The service here was excellent as was the food and wine menu. For such an adoring place it was very moderately priced.
It’s atmosphere made it hard to leave!
Definitely will be returning to Alessi for our last night in Densenzano del Garda.

hi. we visited alessi hotel for 3 weeks in june. the hotel was comfortable and clean, food well presented and tasty but the staff were amazing. Carlos, Nicole, Andy, Antonio, Karina and the rest of the staff ensured guests were well looked after and even took time to print out bus and train timetables for us
A big Thank You

This is for restaurant only. Superb setting just up from the town centre. Service excellent, food exemplary.
Eight guests with anti pasti to start, main courses ranged from rib of beef, ravioli, fish and the obligatory pizza (best yet). We sat outside in a shaded, covered area and the ambience was fantastic. My old friend was 50 and the staff came over with a cake, hats and sang. The restaurant was large and every table was full which speaks for itself. We were not rushed and spent a relaxing 3 hours there. Approximately 330 euros for 8 included, red/white wine and moretti, table charge. Good times.

We visited the hotel alessi as part of a 3 night stay. We arrived at the train station which is approx a 15 min walk to the hotel ( downhill ) when you arrive in the centre into the main piazza the hotel is off a side street - narrow and cobbled - very Italian. You are approx 3 mins from the marina and waterfront.
The staff are exceptionally helpful and we were provided with 2 free drinks ( aperol spritz) on our last night.
The room was clean - we had the most basic room and even this was adequate. The air conditioning units are sufficient and the rooms cleaned everyday.
The TV worked well has news 24 in English !
The local area is thriving with restaurants and places to drink. We stuck around the marina each night which was lovely.
Back to the hotel it consists of the hotel, with its adjoining restaurant and adjoining to this is their wine bar which was great !
On the final day they ordered us a taxi back to the train station 7.50€ as the hill and heat would have defeated us.

On our trip we also visited Verona which was around 18€ return.
We used the boat to go to sirmione which was 12€ return.

Travellers tip. If your into drinking spirits ask for a bottle/can of coke or
Mixer as this will Last you several spirit rounds and save you money !

Highly recommend for central location, great atmosphere and Italian style and culture on your doorstep.
