Just spent a week at this small seafront hotel and a very enjoyable week it was too.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The staff were all friendly and helpful and gave excellent advice about transport, eateries and places to visit.
We would thoroughly recommend this well positioned hotel, overlooking the sea, even though it is partially obscured by a facade of shops and a main road.
Thank you to Riccardo and Ciara in particular, but all the staff were a delight.

Room tip: Sea front rooms have traffic to contend with, although it didn't bother us at all.

Excellent combination of price, quality and location. The area of the room is quite spacious, everything works, clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Breakfasts for me are excellent (omelet, ham, vegetables, croissants, butter, jam), also there is fruit salad, muesli, milk, water juices. Excellent coffee at the request of the guests, did not try tea, but it is also there. Also there is a partner beach. Center, railway, station in walking distance

Room tip: Leave your requests, listen to them and take them into account. And also voice them

Amazing location, spotless rooms, absolutely fabulous staff, on street parking at €5, thoroughly recommend Hotel Pardini for a stay in Viareggio!...nothing too much trouble for the staff, i think the coffee with breakfast may be the finest in all of The Versilia!

Small family run hotel that is highly recommended. Riccardo, his wife and not forgetting Nonna were very welcoming and charming people.
The room had a balcony and was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was small (one at a time) but adequate.
Traffic noise might be a problem for some (book a room at the back if it is) but with the sea air we slept well.
Breakfast was good.
Good central position, passeggiata and sea just across the road.

Room tip: Room 2 has balcony and views but can be noisy

Pardini Hotel has a perfect location if you're a see lover..but not only!
Clean, cosy and friendly hotel owened by a Family dedicated to this job.
Ask them about good restaurants or... whatever and you'll get good advice or what you need.
I'd suggest a continuous wifi.

Room tip: The rooms with see view and balcony are on the first floor.
