We were welcomed by the owner Alessia with a delicious homemade cake, jams and honey, and she even provided everything we needed for breakfast which we truly appreciated. She responded to each of our questions and needs and made a reservation for one of the best dinners we've had. The apartment was comfortable, very clean, simply and tastefully decorated, with wonderful views of the surroundings. The entire property is dreamy, surrounded by olive groves, flowers and undulating hills. The view of Todi is amazing. Once you're there, you won't have the need to explore a lot more- the stay at this agriturismo is a vacation enough. We enjoyed an evening by the fireplace at the lounge room with a bottle of nice Umbrian wine. We hope we'll be back.

From our very first contact Alessia was attentive and service minded, weather it was a small detail or a huge ask to solve. And even though being a group of 21 friends (10 adults, 10 kids from 4-10 years and a baby) nothing was too big of a challenge. Alessia and her team met our every expectation.

The farm is absolutely beautiful (even more so than the pictures show) and very well kept. The apartments were clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. The pool big and always cleaned. There are lots of areas for the kids to roam around; a huge garden, a playground with boule, football game, an indoor (spacious!) living room with toys etc.

Alessia and her family & crew arranged for the most delicious dinners - adjusted to suit both enthusiastic gourmands and somewhat picky kids. Nothing seemed impossible to handle.

But what made the biggest impression to us was the warmth and passion put into running this wonderful agriturismo place. Everything from recommendations of the best gelateria nearby to the staff bringing the kids freshly picked blackberries as a surprise. We were blown away by the friendly treatment.

In short this was an epic and perfect place to spend a week's vacation with friends and family. We couldn't have wished for more. And we are already planning for our return next summer.

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Alessia, our host, couldn't have done more. She cooked for us on our first evening, which was lovely, she is a great cook. She helped us by arranging a wine tasting, told us about good places to visit, she recommended restaurants and reserved the tables for us. Nothing was too much trouble, she is wonderful. The accomodation was very comfortable, we had a huge bathroom and the bed was very comfy. There was a small kitchen in our apartment, but a very well equipped communal summer kitchen in the garden. We also used the wood fired bbq, which we enjoyed and Alessia was happy to supply the wood. The views from the pool and the terrace made for some magical evenings, rounded off with a great display from the fireflies. Would definitely recommend.

Everything the other reviewers wrote is true! We want to live here! Alessia is truly a wonderful lady and so helpful. Having just lost our old dog several weeks ago, it was a special treat to have Frecha (not sure of spelling) come greet us in the mornings and great to play with Martino the sheep and the other two dogs. We had such an awesome stay and hope to return one day. We've stayed in many B&B's, farms, inns, hotels all over the world and this was one of the best! Thank you, Alessia! Hugs, Dawn & Tyme

We came for 5 nights and thought it's enough, but it wasn't. Really, it was our most beautiful and spoiling home, and it was very hard to leave.
With our 3 daughters (ages 8, 5 and 1.5), we were so welcomed by Alessia. -Whatsapp availability for any matter (when we plan to arrive, restaurant recommendation and reservation, and any other issue), homemade tarte and jams, endless kindness and warm smile.
The area is just amazing. Crops, corn, olives tree. hils. Todi in the landscape. We really didn't have enough of it.
The farm area is beautiful and our girls simply went around freely and happily.
We could manage our lives easily (cooking, laundry), also super important when traveling as family.

So, you MUST go there:-)

I really hope we'll have the chance to go there again.
