I went with some friends who could not exactly afford the top price of sushi. However, the owner offered to help out and made a special number of dishes that would line up with their price range. The owner is a nice guy who obviously adores Japanese culture and cuisine. The sushi rolls themselves were quite good, the fish is fresh (the key part), but the rice was slightly less vinegar enhanced than it should have been (no matter I imagine that is a local taste).
I think it's important to rate an experience based upon the experience of it as dinner. In this respect this place, clean, neat, good food, in the middle of the town, and a nice owner, deserves full marks.
