We have visited this lovely oasis several times over the years and it keeps getting better. They have invested and improved the hotel and every time we return there is something new! The staff are super, really friendly and they go the extra mile to help you. They have a car park, and then you can walk to eat very nearby, reception has always some good suggestions. And really not expensive, we use this lovely place to visit the nearby Stufa di Nerone, an amazing thermal baths which is also really worth a visit!!

Room tip: Sea view is lovely...

We got married near by in a villa because my husband is from Napoli. After our celebration we arrived to the villa and we had a package of first night that my father in law give us . As first impression the room was clean , there it was a bottle of prosseco but flowers or a welcoming message from the hotel as first married couple was definitely missing. There it was missing tooth paste and shampoo and of course we where expecting way more from a 4 stars villa ...the guy of the reception was not having idea of how it works the package of the first night for couples .. but say to us that we could take the breakfast in the room . The day after we call to the reception for the breakfast and the girl was unable to explain what do they have for breakfast , so we need it to go downstairs and have it there . The breakfast was pretty bad for a typical Neapolitan place .. the croissant where cold an there it was missing things like Nutella, the only good thing was the coffee.
Then for complete hour ‘amazing honeymoon ‘ in the villa Luisa , we had been in the centro benessere that is like a spa . Massage was not include but I was willing to pay extra for it .. until the receptionist was tells no me that she should check. If there it was someone for it and she was kind of bore to give more information.. once in the spa we could not make the sauna and the turco bad because une was not working and the turco was so stinky that was impossible to stay inside ... the salt room supposed tho have some relaxing music and there it was not neither ... but the most horrible thing for me was that they didn’t even give us a soap for after the spa ... off course after it I was referring to the receptionist telling her the things that where missing and she didn’t even say sorry about it ... o made something to make us happier... if you’re planning to go there as a couple or just for enjoyment and relax I advise you to go somewhere ... really disappointed

The location for this hotel is perfect with a number of excellent restaurants and bars in walking distance. You won’t go hungry. Opposite the hotel is a beach where you can hire sun beds for €8. This provides the perfect beach holiday. Everyone in the surrounding area is so friendly as are the staff who work at the hotel. They made us feel so welcome and answered any questions we had. They also gave us restaurant recommendations and made for the perfect stay. The breakfast is a basic continental but nonetheless tasty. The only thing you could be left wanting is a pool, however with the beach a 5 min walk away you aren’t left wanting a pool too much. The sun terrace was slightly hard to find but was perfect for a lazy day when all you wanted to do was bask in the sun. There was also a shower on the terrace which was perfect for when the heat got too much. The room got cleaned everyday with towels being replaced with new ones. Overall fantastic hotel brilliant staff would definitely return.

This was the loveliest hotel I’ve ever visited. The staff were so friendly and willing to help with anything, we are vegetarian and on asking if they could recommend anywhere to eat they phoned around to find the most suitable restaurant! The room was nice, cleaned everyday and given new towels daily too, there was a beautiful view, and we were close to the local beaches. Surrounded by good restaurants, within walking distance. The sun terrace is a tad hard to find but lovely with a shower too which was appreciated in the heat! Breakfast was a continental style breakfast with a range of fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal, bread and cheese as well as hot and cold drinks. Again staff were very hands on and able to help with questions at this time too. Honestly could not recommend this hotel more, they were so accommodating and friendly, couldn’t have asked for more. Will be returning for sure!

Stayed here whilst on a business visit to a factory around 1.5 km away. On arrival greeted with in a warm and friendly manner. I was advised I had free use of the spa facilities which unfortunately I didn’t get chance to experience. The rooms were very clean and air conditioning was a god send, so needed in the outside heat. The one area I’d say improvements could be made is on the breakfast, was a little sparse and uninspiring
