The only downside of our stay was the difficulty in finding the apartment, secluded in countryside. I would say that, at least upon your arrival, a GPS in the car is essential (almost as much as the car); but our GPS' batteries were depleted, then we had to call the manager for help.
Also beware the entrance driveway; It is tight and you need some maneuver to enter by car.
As for the remaining, everything has been positive. There were five of us, and we took advantage of the apartment on the ground floor, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a double sofa bed in the living room. Everything was confortable and flawless.
The kitchen, as well as functional and fully equipped, is very picturesque: it has a nice rustic look, which corresponds to the original destination of the house, once occupied by share-cropping peasants ("mezzadri"), as we learned from the owner. Here you can easily prepare your breakfast, and also other meals, if you wish.
From here, in a stay of two days and two nights, we visited some beautiful places of the surroundings, not only towards the Conero headland, but also in towns like Macerata, Osimo, and Camerano. They were two unforgettable days, also for the comfort and charm of this apartment.
The house is situated on the gentle slope of a hill, and in front of it, high on another hill, the town of Osimo stands. In the bottom of the valley the toll motorway is located, but it is still far away; anyway, double glazing ensures a stay free of even the slightest noise.
The heating and air conditioning are available, but since we were there at the end of April we didn't use them.
Bill: for five people, 100 euros each night.
Overall, we highly recommend a stay at this property.
