We had rented a Villa for the week in Montesilvano Colle and just stumbled across NiNi's in the Piazza. It has the most unbelievable panoramic view of lower Montesilvano and the Adriatic. It was early afternoon and they were about to close until evening service when the nicest young man agreed to serve a late lunch. His name was Juliano and it turns out he was a manager. He was gracious, fun, friendly, informative about the area and just made a fantastic luncheon even more special. The atmosphere, the fantastic food, the presentation and Juliano made it a memorable find for a group of US tourists. Our group of eight was so impressed that they surprised me at the Villa the next evening with a birthday dinner prepared by the chef at NiNi's and coordinated by Juliano. Everything, including the largest tray of tiaramisu that I had ever seen, was absolutely fantastic! And the next day when we returned the dishes to NiNi's Juliano again made us feel like family...'Come on in and have some coffee!" With the coffee he served us some special little delights that the chef prepared for us...and wouldn't let us pay. We have eaten in many great restaurants in many parts of the world, but for such a first class operation in such a remote and beautiful part of the world we were not only made to feel very comfortable...we were made to feel like family! Whoever owns NiNi's has not only a jewel in their unbelievable setting, but also in their chef, their menu and most of all in Juliano! What a nice young man! It is not possible to give them some numerical rating because whatever number you would assign they would exceed. Go there, enjoy and tell Juliano the folks from Missouri said hello!
