Bathroom floor was a bit sticky. Noise of kitchen outside the room. Noise of air vent 24/7. And airco was too noisy. So it was getting hot at night. Besides that all good. Breakfast was good. More kinds of bread would be an improvement. Diner was great.

Room tip: Go for upper floor. Could be less noisy.

Excellent attentive staff in a well located hotel. The room was clean and comfortable(especially the bed). Great breakfast . Our only concern was the poor quality of the wifi in our room on the 3rd floor. Fine in the lounge . A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Room tip: Our 3rd floor room had a balcony which had a great view.

Good location and friendly staff. Swimming pool on roof of annex building across the street. No problem to walk across in the Tuscan climate. We did not have dinner there but the food looks great. Superb breakfast with fresh cakes and rolls and varied buffet.
We had a superb stay and Marco is the best!!

I stayed at this hotel for a business reason. The front reception staff at this hotel are very friendly and very helpful.
When I went back to stay again a month after my initial stay, they recognized me right away and made me feel right at home.
Room is clean and comfortable with very powerful AC which was very helpful on the extremely hot summer days we were experiencing there.
Parking is not free and you have to find a public parking space. Some what tricky to find depending on your arrival time.
