Nice hotel, good breakfast, comfortable room and most of all, a very nice and friendlyl front desk lady. Monica welcomed us with a warm smile, kindly spoke some Portuguese (my native language) and gave us many helpful hints on what to do during our short stay in town.
I would strongly recommend that hotel.

We stayed 2 nights on August'12.
Booked through the hotel website and got a nice fare, without breakfast. When we got there, we decided to have breakfast (15 euros per 2 persons) and it was great, delicious, with lots of options!
The location is great, 5-10 minutes walking to the Mestre train station and close to the bus stops that takes you to Venezia (20-25 minutes by bus). There are some ok restaurants nearby.
The room is great, newly furnished, good bed, spacious... we had problem one day with the water supply (apparently there was a problem with the water pump because of lightnings), they solved it in a couple of hours and offered us a free drink to apologize for the inconvenience.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us a great map of Venezia and of the vaporetto lines.

Absolutely delighted with hotel and location as away from hustle and bustle but not too far. Staff were amazing and made you feel very welcome, excellent food too. Hotel couldnt do enough for you to help you with your visit, getting around etc. Would definately recommend. Lyn from Canterbury.

Stayed here for just the one night with my wife. The hotel is an easy walk from the mestre train station and is very modern inside. New elevator, motion sensored lights as you enter the level/floor and card entry room access are some of the things that give this modern feel. The room itself was very comfortable, was a nice bed and the best nights sleep I have had in the last 3 weeks of my travels. The bathroom was fitted out with an awesome shower head, you could really get wet under there.

The hotel provided maps and advise on how to get to the islands of Venice and it only took about 20 minutes. I think this hotel is a convenient option for anyone planning a trip to Venice, staying on the main land and commuting in was a great idea and it saved all the hassle of lugging bags around the islands. Plus the cost was not ridiculous compared to the places I saw in the islands of Venice.

We were provided with complimentary drinks in the mini bar and free WiFi. The only issue with the WiFi is that only one person/device could be logged in at a time, it wasn't too much of an issue and given the friendly nature of the staff I'm sure if we asked we could have got another login.

All in all a great hotel and I would stay here again if I was to return to Venice.

10 to 15 minute walk from Mestre Train Station was most attractive for us. As Mestre is largely a sleepy residential local town, we were very happy with our choice of location here after we visited Venice, which is only 1 stop train ride away. The hotels that we passed by on Venice might have the best location because it's at the main attraction in Venice, but there is too much people traffic and I don't know if anyone would like to bring their heavy luggage around in the midst of the tourist crowded streets. Mestre still had great access to local shops and restaurants, which interestingly had better restaurant food than that in Venice!

Hotel staff was very professional. Monica helped us when we checked in and she was very energetic and spoke English very well to assist us with anything.

Only but very minor was the tiny shower space but truly, this is a very small problem that we easily dismissed. Breakfast was really good. We would like to come again to this hotel.
