We were quite disappointed by the whole experience at this resort. The rooms are ok, but lacking of a lot of comfort that one could expect in such a place ( very small terrace always dirty - no place to hang out your swimming suit , etc.... ). The swimming pool is nice and the view is great, but the sunshades are too light and they fly away with the wind, which is always to be expected in this area. Result: no shade at all around the swimming pool. The service was very inconsistent, sometimes acceptable, most of the time rude. We stayed two days and the first evening the beautiful courtyard where the dinner is usually served was reserved for a wedding, while the second evening the dinner was served only inside because they did some chemical disinfestation. We had to eat in the area of the bar, nice and cosy but not what we expected, and without a word of excuse. We also did their wine tasting and were very disappointed. The tour was too quick, with very little information, no visit of the production nor of the vineyards, poor wine explanation. We have done many wine tours all over the world, and we would expect this service from a tour free of charge, but here we invested 15 Euros each, which is definitely not in line with what was offered.
My 3 points go basically to the building, which is beautiful and in a great area. The breakfast was also very good and served in the courtyard, which we liked a lot.

Myself wife and teenage daughter stayed for ten days. Not difficult to find ...warm professional welcome..immaculate spacious family room. Housekeeping team looked after us wonderfully. All staff went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable visit. The restaurant food was excellent as were the wines. Salvatore and Mirco set very high standards and spoilt our daughter rotten! Reception team...particularly David and Salvatore...incredibly helpful. As you can see we cannot fault the hotel or its team. The location is ideal for a combination of relaxation, experiencing culture...the area not yet subject to cynical tourism! We will be returning. Thank you.

hotel is on a good location so the view is perfect. However the moment you enter the hotel you feel that you, as a customer, are there as a necessity and not as a guest. The warm welcome you get in other hotels is something you cannot expect here. The rooms are old, but the bare necessities are there. On a 4* hotel you expect more. In the restaurant you expect to start dinner with aperitif... Not here, you get the remark you are expected to drink your aperitif in the bar outside... Strange....
The food is grose and not eatable. This is absolutely not recommendable for anyone who want to get value for money.
Conclusion of our visit: if you can find another place to stay. Do it!
