Since I came first time 1985 to this beautiful hotel it is a great choice at Lake Garda with direct access to go swimming in the lake. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with balcony and lake view. Breakfast and lunch served are very good. The wonderful garden a perfect place to relax and have a swim also in the pool. The service is very attentive and caring.

At a 4* hotel and and at close to 300 euro per night, there are things that cant fail these days, specially with a high level of offering in lago di Garda.
The WIFI was not working beside the entry hall, and even it was working at very low speeds. needless to say I had NO connection at all in my room or anywhere else.

Also, I paid an expensive room with views to the lake. When I reached my room, a huge tree was located just in front of the balcony, so I could barely see the lake or anything else than the tree. NOT happy after spending 280 euro per night and specifically ordering and paying a superior room which included views to the lake...

Other than that the hotel was correct, nothing above the average for a 4 star hotel.

Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Hotel Villa Capri. We are very sorry to learn your stay wasn't as flawless as we have wanted it to be because of the WiFi connection and the view. We would like to point out that our old trees contribute to the beauty of our garden and just in few cases they can partially hide the lake.
Despite your remarks we hope you could enjoy a pleasant stay and you will be our Guest again in the future.

Very good place to stay.

Parking is private, for free and a lot of places. The entrance is beautiful with a nice looking garden and flowers. The hotel itself is also very nice inside, big and cool, there is airco everywhere, not to much but a good temperature everywhere inside.

The reception was very friendly, helpful and always smiling. My wife was even thinking one receptionist was flirting with me, thats how friendly they are. At the breakfast and lunch they are also very friendly.

The room was exceptionally clean, no dust or scratches or anything bad anywhere. They clean the room every day and refresh all the towels every day. The room was very big and had a big balcony, and nice garden & lakeview.

The hotel was fully booked when we were there, but there were enough sunbeds in the big garden. Also enough privacy to lay down, and enough tables to sit outside for sure. The garden looked beautiful and is very well maintained. The swimming pool was also perfect, big and deep. Access to the lake was also fine.

Bad things about this hotel:
- the safe is a bit on the small side, a small laptop won't fit in.
- iron and ironing board wasnt available due to "safety reasons", they do have a washing and ironing service though.

Villa Capri has a nice and convenient location directly at the lake. The property is pretty big with a nice pool and plenty of deckchairs and umbrellas. However, rooms and breakfast are pretty average, which is why the hotel seems overpriced during high season.

Dear Guests, we thank you for taking your time to review our Hotel! We are happy to read that you enjoyed the stay, in particular our location and the pool area with its big garden, but, as we think we have much more to offer to our guests, we are sorry you believe our prices are too high. We will take into consideration your remarks and we will try to improve our breakfast, what we have already done this year. Hopefully we can welcome you again next year!
