Three of us stayed here as a base for a 10 night walking holiday, though it did concern us before we went that the last review was in June 2014!
We did not have to worry though as the place is great.
The owner, Massimo, looked after us all our stay, and the hotel is very clean, and the food is very traditional country fare,(we did not have one pizza!).
A car is essential,we picked up one from Bergamo Airport, and did have a little difficulty finding the place though. If you are coming from the Milan side, the left hand turning you want up to the hotel ( which is a mile and a half) from the main road,is nearly opposite Ristorante Casino/Villa Capri which has an orange painted wall.
The rooms are a fair size, and the pool is very inviting.
Cost of half board is very reasonable and staff are very pleasant.
Next to the pool is a landing field for hang gliders, adding a pleasant distraction to sunbathing besides the pool,as they appear over the mountains and slowly descend in circular patterns into the valley.
Can recommend this as a great place to stay.More
