Located in a serene wooded area. So quiet with amazing views over Lake Garda. The rooms were a lovely mixture of old and new and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was small compared to the number of guests and could have benefited with an electric kettle but with 2 large fridges we managed quite well. There were no rubbish collections so it was a bit of a hassle having to keep going to town to dispose of all the rubbish. We were all walkers so not having a car was not a hassle as the walk into Garda was lovely, but be aware some of the walk is on a main road.
As the villa is out of town it would have been nice on arrival if we had enough bottled water, tea and coffee for all guests until the morning.
Despite this, we would not hesitate to book again. We had a lovely time at the villa. It was spacious with several terraces to spread ourselves out and have quiet time when necessary. The gardens were beautiful and well attended and there was parking for 2 cars.
