I stayed in this apartment hotel for 4 days during a long weekend in October. The location is very beautiful and the view from my apartment was breathtaking. The apartment was spacious and there was a kitchenette. Really comfortable. The resort is very big and it has a lot of facilities. I enjoyed a lot the Spa, big and relaxing. One thing I didn't appreciate was the cleanness of rooms, it was acceptable but the apartment was a little dirty. It can be improved.

We stayed here about 5 years ago so knew the accommodation was fairly basic. We chose it again because we like the location (you need a car). However, there are some really basic improvements that could be made very cheaply by the resort managers to raise the quality of what is termed a 'fully equipped kitchen' - you need to provide: a knife for preparing salad & vegetables/peeler (only option was a large carving knife???), a couple of wooden spoons for cooking pasta/sauces etc, scissors, a fish slice to go with the frying pan, a tea towel, a cloth for cleaning & a bit of washing up liquid, cups & glasses that are large enough for a proper drink and a toaster would be fabulous - all this could be done for less than €30 per apartment. Families looking to use this accommodation will be doing so to avoid paying for going out for dinner every evening (average cost about €60) but it is very difficult to provide this with such limited facilities. There are also only 2 sockets in the property, one next to the kitchen sink & under the drainer and the other next to the sink in the bathroom - not the safest. A real shame as the location of this property is great but the standard of the rooms just falls so short of what you would expect and needs updating as a matter of urgency.

Nice apartment with good location.
But wifi is an extra cost ; you pay Eur 2 per day per device.

Tv channel not in italian but german or french.

No microwave in the kitchen and no oven.
If a family plans a long stay and plans to cook etc it is not convenient.

Bathrooms no carpet at all.

We booked here after doing lots of research into the area. It looked good and ideal for our short holiday.
Then we arrived. I think it might have once been a lively place and I'm sure that in summer it's busier and MAYBE staff are more willing to be friendly and human.
I had penned a 500 page review, but who wants to read that?
So here are the main points:

Good:
-Location
-Price (for October reasonable)
-Playground

Not good:
-Apartment was dirty, dusty and the dishes hadn't been properly cleaned
-poorly equipped kitchen with not even the bare minimum you would expect
-No toilet paper on arrival
-Rude staff
-Twice someone just came into our apartment WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING!! The first time, on our 3rd day she just said, "oh I'm just seeing who's here" and the second time on our checkout day (well before the checkout time) she opened the door, looked in and then dropped all the laundry and towels on the balcony... What?
-false advertising of facilities
-even though we knew it wasn't free, having to pay for wifi in 2016 is embarrassing. Just add the €2 to the room price and join the 21st century
-staff were rude - I know I mentioned it before, but it's unforgivable... That's actually their job to provide a hospitable environment for holiday makers; perhaps some training? To be fair, 2 staff members were very kind, but their horrible colleagues overshadowed them.
-laundry facilities cost extortionately high and didn't do the job completely

Would we return? NEVER.
Would we recommend? Not a chance

I'm looking forward to the rude comment they'll leave below after having read how they respond to anyone who dares point out their flaws.

Go anywhere else.

Lots to see and do. The lake is beautiful. Not for the party animals as most places close around 12. The only downfall was that the apartment did not have a balcony or terrace and when we asked to change no other available. The apartment looked tired and could do with some TLC. Also the complex is a canny way out from the town. Not a walk to be attempted in heels. There is a free shuttle bus which runs all day but ends at 10pm some nationalities refuse to understand the queinig system for the bus which became very frustrating. If you are having a night in beware the bar closes at 12. Up side views are fantastic the pool is superb being Olympic size.

Room tip: Request a balcony or terrace. If have mobility problems as for A Block as it is near reception where shuttle bus is.
