We have been there twice during our stay in Castiglione. The meals are just delicious, cooked with great talent. The chef seems to be passionate about his culinary art as he was talking with, we guessed, regular clients. For the superior quality of the food, we give 5 out of 5.
However, there is still room for improvement. There were 3 butlers for 4 tables occupied. We had ordered a bottle of wine which was kept cool in a bucket. After serving the first glass of wine, none of the butlers cared to check whether we wanted to refill our glasses. We asked for their assistance for the first refill and I did it myself for the last. This is the type of detail which makes perfect non-sense when you see the three butlers discussing near the entrance while you would expect them paying much more attention to the few clients. This is a kind suggestion for improvement as this type of detail is important for some clients attracted by a stylish restaurant like this one.
