Villa Elisa is a lovely hotel, with a wonderful garden and poolarea, and a nice glassveranda where we ate breakfast. Breakfast was ordinary, but everyting was good and the family was satisfied.
The staff was very friendly, always smiling and helpful, they even did us some lunch outside the opening times and menu. We had absolute no complaints about cleaning.
The outdoorpool was open, but not heated at our visit in the end of September. Pooltowels was available at the room. We didn´t visit the spa, it seemed to expensive for the family.
We lived in a superior room (2 beds, 1 convertible armchair and 1 extra bed) That was maybe a bit too small for 4 persons with bags, but it worked for us. Our room also had a little balcony, and it was nice to open the doors to get in the atmosphere from outside into the room. Quiet at nights, good sleep.
The price was maybe a little too high in our opinion when we compare to other hotelstays, but maybe reasonable for the region? We liked the atsmospere and can recommend the hotel to other visitors to Bordighera.More
