This is a quirky b&b hotel that has character and charm. Stayed with Tui from 2nd September for one week in room 206. We were three adults in one room and had plenty of room. Rooms basic but clean with crisp bedding which was changed half way during the week. Beds not very comfortable. We were glad of the air conditioning as it was so hot and it was on continually. Flat screen TV on wall and telephone and wardrobe and desk. Bathroom was modern and clean with plenty of fluffy towels which were changed daily. We had shower, toilet, sink and bidet and had plenty of room. We took our own kettle and hairdryer. Our room was facing the back without a balcony and was very quiet during the night.

Breakfast was help yourself and eaten on the patio. Again, everything was very clean and all the glasses sparkled. Good selection of cold items for breakfast and lovely juice and coffee from machines. Different cut fruit every day otherwise the same. Ham, cheese, eggs, cereal, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, breads, yogurt, cakes, croissants etc. The lady looking after the breakfast worked very hard keeping the place fully stocked and clean.

Excellent location on the main road between Bardolino and Cisano. Bus stop either way right outside. Only a short walk across the road to the lake. Lake has a lovely walkway and we used the free bikes from the hotel daily to get about. If you turn left on the lake you come to Cisano where there was a lovely pizzeria on the main road, Pizza Al Taglio. Slices of pizza €3 and bottle of wine €7.50 or water €1. Staff good English and very friendly. You can eat on the tables outside. Lovely. Lidl and Spar are on the same main road as the hotel and just minutes away which is handy for drinks for the room (Prosecco very cheap). If you turn right on the lake you come to Bardolini. Here you can get a ferry or Tourist Information and loads of shops and nice ice cream. Lovely to wander at night. We never bothered with a sweet after dinner and instead had an ice cream. Ice cream €1.50 for one scoop and price the same everywhere (even in Venice). The walk along the lake into Bardolino takes about 15 minutes but about 10 if you walk along main road. Market in Bardolino on a Thursday along the lake which was interesting and buzzing. You can walk to Garda from Bardolino but we took the ferry for €3 each way.

We bought a 3 day ticket for the bus which was €20 and used it to explore the bottom half of the lake, Malcesine, Verona and Gardaland. Garldaland was fun and inexpensive to eat there. We pre-booked a trip with the local bus service to Venice for €35 each, got ticket from tourist information. This was a good day out and we thoroughly enjoyed Venice. Be aware that it does not include the boat transfer into St Mark's Square. It is possible to get to Verona and Venice easily by train from Peschiera.

Staff worked hard and were there 7 days a week. Special thanks to Alfreddo on reception who was very helpful and accommodating. We would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel. The only down side is it has nowhere to sit other than your room and one settee outside. Ok when it is hot but not so good if the weather is bad. If you want a hotel with a pool and bar area this is not for you but if you want somewhere clean and safe to stay while you are out exploring, go for it. We did and thoroughly enjoyed it. The area is very safe and plenty to do. Reception closed at 10 pm and access was via a locked side door after this time. No staff on duty over night. We were a bit worried the first night but not an issue as the area is so safe, other residents were lovely and no noise at all during the night, despite our room being at the top of the stairs.

We stayed here for a week on a last minute deal with Thomson, so the hotel was great value. Although it's 2 star, it's clean and well-kept with daily maid service; the staff are all smiles, and are very friendly and helpful; the location is great with a bus stop outside for travelling up or down the lake or to Verona; and you just need to cross the road to get to the lake itself then it's short stroll into Bardolino. We used the hotel as a base for exploring the area and it was absolutely ideal. Our room was small but clean and at the back of the hotel so was really quiet. There was a good choice of food every morning for breakfast and the whole hotel just had a really nice, relaxed feel about it.

The hotel is small but welcoming with lovely friendly staff. It's on a main road but in very accessible spot for buses. The lakeside is two minutes walk from where there is a lovely walk into Bardolino which takes about 15 minutes. Bus station is five minutes walk away.
Bars and restaurants close by if you didn't want to walk into town at night. We had a quiet room a the back of the hotel which was quite small but comfortable. Lovely white fluffy towels changed regularly as were the sheets. Breakfast in outside envireonment was good. Choice of cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices, ham, cheese, boiled eggs. Freshly baked bread and croissants. Lovely choice of proper Italian coffee.

Room Tip: Top floor rooms at the back are away from the road. Ground floor rooms available if you have mobilit...

Rated as 2 Star Hotel however this hotel is underrated and comes with 5 Star Friendly Service. I attended Bardolino for my wedding and stayed here with my whole family.
Hotel is quirky, stylish, excellent breakfast in great environment, great location for lake and amenities however most of all its the staff who make the hotel.
Since the minute we arrived Sorina and Tanya both went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, both are so passionate about their job which is infectious.
Cannot recommend high enough.

Room Tip: Corner Rooms have wrap round balcony which are great

My husband and I visited this hotel 2nd - 9th August 2017, as it was a 2 star I was feeling a bit apprehensive, however there was no need. This hotel is located approx. 20 minutes from the main square in Bardolino, so if you have walking difficulties, it may not be the hotel for you. This hotel is directly opposite the lake and you can access the walk way just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. This is a lovely walk which takes you directly into Bardolino. The rooms are basic but comfortable, there is no lift in the hotel and there is 2 floors. The breakfast is continental and is lovely, with a variety of cold meat, cheeses, freshly baked breads and pastries, the orange juice is lovely and a variety of fruit is also available. All staff were lovely and helpful.

Room Tip: If you have problems with mobility ask for a ground floor room
