After hearing about this restaurant from a few friends and after eating 3 times in the Spuntini restaurant on the upper floor (we ate there 3 times in a row it was so excellent), we thought we'll try the Sotto Sotto.
Well, it's a super tight restaurant, servers bump into your chair a lot, and food takes a while to be made, kind os unusually long time... otherwise the food tastes good.
After all it is "a place" to eat, but I wasn't amazed or didn't go head over heal from the experience. From the lack of space and the too dark environment where I had to use my cell phone to be able to read the menu... I think we won't come here again.
