The house is very close to the beach and a few restaurants. We booked the place because we hired a boat which was parked in the marina closeby. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would come again. It was great to have 2 seperate apartments because we were there with two parties. So if you want some privacy like us its a good place to go. If you are looking for a big place where everyone is always around I guess its not the right place for you. The owners are really nice and were very helpful.
I stayed in this house for nine days with seven friends, and we all enjoyed it very much.
I'll start by saying that, as usual, the photos of the place are better looking than the actual place, but nonetheless it was very well suited for our needs.
The whole place consists of two floors, and each one of them has a bathroom with wc, bidet and shower. Kitchens and living rooms on both floors share the same space, meaning that the kitchen's space is in common with the living room's. Downstairs there's a room with a queen size bed, and in the living room you can find a sofa bed for two people. On the other hand, upstairs you have two queen size bed rooms and a normal sofa in the living room, and you can access a garret which has another sofa bed. We were 8 people in the whole house, and we never needed nor used the garret.
The atmosphere of the house is nice, with its nice furniture. We never thought the place was run down.
Only once happened that the lights went out for something like half an hour in the whole house, but luckily our friendly neighbour did solve our problem.
Bibinje is a small town and you cand find very little things to do. There are some restaurants and, at night, you can walk the "Staro selo", the old center - which is the harbor - for some nice restaurants with sea view and for a little of street food and drinks. For some better nightlife I would recommend the near city of Zadar (15 km from Bibinje).
The only negative thing of the town, in my opinion, is the fact that it does not have nice beaches. Actually, I struggled to call them beaches at all. If you want some nice sea experience and relax, you have to move from Bibinje and find a nice spot on your own.
And watch out for the "sandy beaches", because all of the sandy beaches that we went to, either were not sandy at all or had sand only once in the water. Otherwise, it is all rocks.
At our arrival, we were greeted by almost the whole family who own the house. They were very kind to us and showed us a little of the surroundings of the house and gave us some good advice.
In conclusion, me and my seven friends did enjoy very much the stay and the house, and I would surely recommend this place for its nice owners, its comfort and for its low price.
