We booked this for our wedding & found this to be very peaceful & great for a family BBQ .we would definitely recommend this to anyone.
We stayed for a week in August for the price of £350 ( 400 Euros). The children loved having their own bathroom to share and the onsite play areas were put to great use.
Lots of outdoor activities near by, including national walks, nearby mountain bike centre & trim track.
We enjoyed a mix of staying onsite and visiting Limerick, Cork, Blarney Castle and the Cliffs of Moher during our stay.
Ita was very helpful and available on site during working hours.
If I had to grab at straws for improvements, it would be perhaps a few more kitchen utensils? We managed perfectly fine and if you're not a cook, it won't be a bother for you.
Would come again!
I recently stayed in the forest homes in ballyorgan as part of my around the world trip and I have to say it was the nicest village Iv stayed in so far. The views are incredible and the people are very friendly especially Ita kiely an elderly women who manages the holiday homes. Would stay again

A wonderful, relaxing stay at the lodges. They come fully equiped, are spacious yet cosy and warm. Brilliant for kids as the parks, nature and other children keep them entertained. We'll be back !
