I stayed here over Christmas with family and enjoyed a fantastic time. The house sits at a remarkable location on the edge of the village with views over the river and over 180 degrees of views across the fields around Reedham.
The house is splendidly appointed and awoke the first morning to a lovely norfolk winter sunrise. There are six bedrooms across two floors with the large family dining area given the best possible views on the upper floor blending nicely into the kitchen. The woodburning fireplace and TV lounge are nice and cosy downstairs with nice floodlights to watch the reeds blow in the wind when the evening draws in. The bedrooms all have ensuite shower rooms with a bathtub available as well. The provided equipment is top notch with very nice Cambridge Audio speakers for the kitchen and a large TV in the lounge.
There is a small quay for boats to come alongside and easy paths to walk over to the village or down to the ferry pub.
Another nice feature is the spotting telescope the owner has left for visitors to use. Saw all sorts of wild birds and deer in the fields.
