Been meaning to visit The Ridge Cafe for Pizza on The Pebbles for some time. Today was the day and what a gem of a find. Lovely staff, great service and excellent pizza. Has to be the most delicious pizza I've ever tried. Thoroughly recommend. Give it a go.

Called in to this remarkable little cafe on the road down to the Northam Burrows Country Park entrance at Westward Ho, by the Surf School. We had just walked the Ho and were returning to the town to find a decent roast dinner, but we never made it!

Walking into this delightful, cosy little café stopped us in our tracks. They are dog friendly, so our choccy came in with us, and the team on duty were brilliant. We hadn't been there 10 minutes before we felt really at home, breathing in the wood fired pizza oven delicious aroma. Whilst waiting for our selected pizza's , mine was a Pig & Olive 12", and my wife's was the Pepperoni 12", I enjoyed a surprisingly tasty non alcoholic 'Big Drop' milk stout and my wife savoured their excellent coffee.

Whilst waiting we shared a small garlic bread until the pizza's arrived steaming from the wood fired 400 degree hot oven! They were cooked to perfection with light brown rim crusts -perfect. We highly recommend this café, particularly on a windy cold December lunchtime. nothing can beat the smell of that wood fired oven when coming in out of the cold, its like stepping into a farmhouse kitchen!

I am pleased to see that a majority of the feedback reflects our findings, this place really deserves it.

Worth visiting!! Pizza was as I expected, very tasty, and girls were lovely, it was nice to be there, very cosy. More relaxed place to eat, so if you consider yourself posh, you won't feel good there. But I am not posh:-)

Haha Posh we're not! but we love having all different kinds of people here and even if you do consider yourself posh, you can still enjoy a wood fired pizza.

Thanks for your kind words, and hope to see you soon.
