Location was OK. Amenities were poor - the shower was difficult to operate and was provided with soap and shampoo but no shower gel. There was a summer weight duvet, which was not warm enough and with no blanket provided I was cold in the night. Room was passable - lacking ambience and but reasonably clean, building itself a bit rundown. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall represented very poor value for money.

This guest house was awful. We paid up front for six nights and left after one. The room was basic for the cost and the breakfast room was like a cheap cafe that only sold fried food. The whole place had a run down air about it; it was extremely poor value for money. There are many lovely B&Bs in Stirling - we recommend looking elsewhere.

This place appears to be used as a half way house for substance abuse individuals. Matress had the springs coming out. Next to reception and could not keep the window open due to people smoking outside next to the room. Shower was terrible, and there was a leak in the bathroom. Window had a crack in it and could only be held open by a book. The procession of smokers at the front door was terrible, never ending. The stench of stale tobacco and smoke was disgusting, felt like we smoked a pack entering the building. Bottom line, shabby and poorly run, not at all professional. Really is a hostel charging hotel prices, very disappointing. There web rating is not accurate.

We been quickly checked in to the hotel. We didn't feel welcomed to this place.
Receptionist has shown the room, explained where is breakfast, however we not been told anything else about the hotel facilities. Is it got any bar or dinner area? but now i can see it in some pictures.
I have requested room with a bath, but got a small shower.(however i understand that rooms are different, and availability of the rooms)
My stay was disappointing, due to the fact that we been charged £79 for a night, but the standard of the room could be much better.

We stayed in room 6, which will be good for single occupancy, but NOT for a couple.

Our room was very small, on the ground floor.

I needed to close the curtains, because felt that people from outside could see me through the window after the shower.
In the room was hot, and ventilation in shower room was working only for few minutes.
Breakfast was poor too, need to work on quality of meals. Its is alright, but not for the price we been charged for.
Also, have found some holes on the bedding sheets. Some pillows has stain of dirt....
Good point it that location is good.
Locate need a lot of improvements.
Do not think that i would stay again with your company.

This 'guest house' with many rooms, is well located a few hundred yards from the pedestrian area with many good bars and restaurants. Plenty of off-street parking. Friendly staff and very clean rooms (recent refurbishment), rooms are minimalistic - stool instead of a chair, no shelf in the shower room, toiletries - small soap and two sachets of shampoo only. No power sockets near mirrors for elec shaver or hair dryer. Comfy bed and good Scottish breakfast.
