Have just had 2 separate nights at this Ibis Hotel as I needed to stay near Heathrow for work.
Situated on Bath Road where most of the airport Hotels are located, this Hotel is ideal to stay in for T2 or T3 as its just a short taxi ride to these terminals.
The Hotel itself is quite modern with a decent sized bar/restaurant area, plenty of room to enjoy a pint or two. There is also a good choice of food available for dinner/lunch should you wish to eat here as there is nothing really nearby.
Check in was quick and efficient, even managed to check in at 12:30 as my room was ready on my second visit.
The rooms aren’t the biggest but perfectly fine for a night or two with tea/coffee facilities, tv, nice walk in showers and a lovely comfy bed. On both occasions had a great night sleep, couldn’t hear a thing from outside due to the double windows. The room was also immaculately clean too.
Had breakfast on my first visit which was excellent, good choice of food available from fruit, cereal, pastries and full english. For just over £10 it really is value for money.
Free WIFI available throughout the Hotel that works really well. Parking on site at £12 for 24hrs or can pay on an hourly rate.
All the staff were friendly and helpful and was pleased to see the Manager around, talking to guests and making his presence known.
Never stayed in an Ibis Hotel before, normally use Premier Inns but this Hotel has changed my mind and will certainly be staying here again should I need a stop over at Heathrow again.
