The hotel was basic. I had heard bad things, but I found it adequate enough.
Wasn't anything massively wrong with it, though I do think perhaps triple-glazed windows could help as the roar of the planes could clearly be heard.

Had a one night stop over at this hotel. Was OK as a stopover. Ate in hotel at night and it was nice . Room was OK , served it's purpose but would only use it as a stopover. The welcome was great and they sorted you taxis in the morning . Couldn't fault for a stopover and the price for a London hotel was really good.

I had a great stay at the Hotel Ibis near Heathrow Airport. Kelly and the other staff were very friendly and helpful with information about local places to go, bus and transportation, and other information. This was my first leg of a 30 hour trip so I really appreciated the service, clean room, free wifi, and positive vibes. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone that's looking for a hotel near the airport.

Great place to have a drink after a long haul red eye and crash before your next flight. Very accommodating on check in and check out times and the Heathrow National Express stops right outside every 28 mins or so.

cosy and clean. small rooms but comfortable. working wi-fi, free and everywhere. close to heathrow airport. my ONLY issue with this hotel is the parking. with no check-in area to access reception with you car you coul easily make a mistake and forget to register your car with reception. WHY charge parking at all for hotel guests? GREED I think. years before parking was included for free in the room rate, plus they had park and fly deals! all that is gone now with parking and penalty warnings everywhere. OK if you don't drive to there. If you do, it's worth noting that there is free off street parking on Sundays just behind the hotel
