If you make a complaint there's a good chance it will go NOWHERE!
They don't have a complaints procedure or customer care policy!!
Staff are pretty good, but i certainly don't have a good word to say about management when I get completely ignored!!

We Stayed at The Belgrave over the Tenby Blues weekend, our room was small but clean and breakfast was nice. For the cost excellent hotel right in the centre of Tenby. Would I stay again Yes as they also hosted one of the bands during the weekend.

Very nice hotel in a great position in Tenby overlooking South Beach and only a short walking distance into the town.
Our bedroom was a little 'tired' and quite small, but it certainly did not spoil our stay.
It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, great shower.
Lovely soft white towels.
Really great breakfast, all freshly cooked,
Exceptional staff.
Large lounge and bar areas are very well appointed and welcoming.
We will most definitely stay here again, but maybe ask for a room overlooking beach next time. That is not a complaint at all, just a preference if possible.
Would I recommend this hotel? Abolutely!

Room tip: Ask for a room with view over beach. Also, if you are lucky you may be able to get free on street parking opposite the hotel.

Again we have had a fantastic stay at the Belgrave, a beautiful hotel right on the seafront. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant on Friday night followed by live entertainment in the lounge. As usual the food was excellent, I would certainly recommend the restaurant even if you are not staying at the hotel. It was so relaxing and my husband really enjoyed his 60th birthday there. We will definitely be returning to the Belgrave in the near future.

Quirky hotel, I think the 'Hotel Inspector' would faint at all the nick-nacks, and it's not a place for people who need a lift (there is one, but the only place they could fit it is on the half-landings), But extremely friendly and helpful staff, and a fabulous chef! So much food!

Room tip: If you cannot manage some stairs, this is not the hotel for you. Location is fantastic. A car park just round the corner.
