Stayed for one night September. Firstly they need to remove the free parking from their information as there isn't we had to park in the Council Car Park around the corner at the cost of £7.50 for 24 hours. Next the Receptionist sorry but this lady is 100% in the wrong job no smile no welcome just rushed through the check in as if it was a burden plonked the keys down and then ignored you. Sorry but this lady most certainly needs to be put on a Customer Service course such a rude un friendly un helpful person not the first impression you should get from a hospitality venue. As for the hotel very clean and a nice bar area as for the rest very very worn and dated in dyer need of a make over. Rooms were small carpet in the bathroom which is a BIG NO NO for me so unhygienic. Noise room with the guests upstairs like a herd of elephants walking back and forth till the early hours
Next door on both sides could be heard clearly so ear plugs a must. However my opinion won't make a difference as it was clear they do get the older generation making it their second home. However we won't be going back.

friendly staff on hand to let you know where to go for your room , luggage taken up quickly. my room was on the top floor so no creaking floorboards above me the seagulls behaved them selves also . we had a sea /beach view with a very large window. the window was a problem as the sealing strip was not put in correctly on the right hand side and the storm we had on the first night blew in through the gap and was very noisy , the weather changed to warm and sunny but i could not get the window to open it seemed stuck at the bottom so the room was hot , there was some fans provided.
food was excellent buffet breakfast nicely cooked and a full choice of other breakfast items , coffee and tea very weak . evening meal was the best , i enjoyed everything , i don't like to waste food but i could not eat all i was given there was just too much food. coffee in the evening was better because of the cream . the girls serving were so friendly . i would love to come back again next year .

Room tip: sea views , third floor bay window rooms better than the top floor

The Belgrave is positioned right on the finish line of IM Wales and just 150 meters from T1 / 2. It’s a spacious hotel, but rooms are small (single) and very hot!

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is very good with a good varied choice.

Perfect for a weekend away, sea view family room, good size, comfortable bed and clean, breakfast was ok, but nothing spectacular, good value for the money, would use again when visiting Tenby in the future.
