Me and my partner popped in wondering what it would be like after not doing much research beforehand - and so pleased we did! The Corn Mill was a great visit, very interesting and spent about an hour inside investigating. Afterwards we popped in for some afternoon tea and treated ourselves to tea and scones. The best scones I have ever had! The couple that run the tea room were extremely friendly and chatted to us while we had our tea which was lovely. Infact they recommended us some places to go visit! Well worth the trip there!

So glad we popped in! We turned up (4 adults and 3 kids) at 4.30, expecting to be told there wasn't much left, or food wasn't being served (as most places are near closing time) instead we were warmly welcomed, there was even an offer to make more scones, however we were delighted to choose from the great selection available. The kids were well catered for, they had a treasure hunt to complete around the grounds, with a treat at the end! We didn't at any point feel rushed, and had a really lovely time. The owners couldn't have been better hosts, and the cakes were amazing. Will definitely be back on our next visit to Devon.
