Staff greeted us warmly, and served us quickly,
The food was just OK. I had the 'Afternoon Tea' - tuna sandwich came with white bread and a strange garnish of 'undressed' large pieces of lettuce, with sliced tomato - would have looked nicer with a few mixed leaves and a couple of cherry tomatoes, with a simple salad dressing. The fruit scone was good, but the serving of jam was a little on the sparse side.
Homely atmosphere, although it was a really cold day and it wasn't much warmer sat inside either. The look of the place from outside and in is nice - the food is a bit on the bland side.
