When arriving and booking in the lovely receptionist informed my husband and myself we had been upgraded from a standard room to a garden room and very nice it was! Thank you, we were booked in for dinner and after being served our starters which were very nice, our main course arrived and was put down on table by waitress who didn't ask if we needed anything, well we did, a knife and a fork! We sat there for a while unable to eat our food until we finally caught the eye of the waiter, he seemed the only one in there that knew his job! Anyway food was good, breakfast was good perhaps a little in the way of staff training wouldn't go amiss, to end on a positive yes we would stay again.More
