My husband & I recently spent 2 nights at this Premier Inn which we found to be not the best Premier Inn we've stayed in mainly because it is older.
Our room was for disabled people as that was all that was available but we appreciated the slightly larger size.
The first night we had disturbed sleep into the early hours of the morning due to noise of footsteps in the room above. This wasn't a problem on the second night.
We didn't use the adjoining restaurant as we preferred to have breakfast & dinner in the town. We did pop in there for a drink though & my husband ordered Southern Comfort. I tried it & we both said it wasn't 'real' Southern Comfort, maybe a cheaper imitation ?
The hotel is an easy stroll into the town & the complimentary parking is a great bonus. We found the staff to be very friendly & helpful.

We came to Weymouth for a long weekend as part of a larger group. The hotel were really accommodating and made all the children feel very welcome. The first night was lovely, comfy clean beds, quiet aircon and brilliant black out blinds (a must if you have a small child). Night two however was a completely different story. Whilst we heard no noise from the rooms either side of us, this was not the case from upstairs. The lack of soundproofing or thin carpets meant that we were kept awake all hours by the people upstairs. It was so loud we felt we could have been in the room with them. My husband reported it to reception where the night porter was less than helpful. Customer service however was good as when we highlighted the issue during check out we were given a complimentary breakfast.

It's a shame the incident happened however the handling was good. Location is great and the connecting pub and surrounding county park lovely. Ideal if travelling with a family.

This is our fifth time we have stayed here. As usual staff very
Friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean but could do with
Freshening up. Also hotel and outside area could do with some improvements. Breakfast very good as usual but again the restaurant could do with a revamp. We were not impressed with the large open bag of rubbish which got blown around the car park and was not cleared up. Towards the end of our stay the rubbish was smelling terrible. Reception staff said they have a
Problem with the contractor and are trying to sort it out. We think at least they could have swept the scattered rubbish up.

First night there was a bad smell in the room, as soon as you entered it you could smell it. Called staff who also noticed the smell and coffee stains on the back of the bed, they couldn't move us that night. Had to keep the window open where the kids where sleeping it was windy, so the kids tossed and turned all night. Following night we where moved to a decent room.
