“What a lovely escape from reality!”

We spent a few days in Weymouth in this lovely flat. Sky lights meant the flat was cool and airy and the terrace meant that we could sit out and enjoy the lovely weather. The flat had everything we needed for our stay and was right in the centre of town between the beach and the harbour. Tesco is right opposite and we chose to cook in rather than go out.

We slept really well- only slight issue was very tall boyfriend banging his head on sloped ceilings but that's his problem! Can't wait to stay again!

“A cozy, welcoming enjoyable retreat. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.”

Looking at the photos online prior to the holiday the apartment looked welcoming and relaxing with a lovely view. The apartment in person didn't disappoint. The apartment was impeccably clean with fresh sheets and spotless floors + surfaces. The apartment was very well laid out with two good sized bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and kitchen and a well laid out living/dining space. The apartment is in close reach to all local amenities with a Tesco express just across the road makes it easy for your basic shopping needs, including late night ice cream trips! The terrace is a lovely feature of the property, boasting good views and with the right weather, a lovely option to eat outside. The only issue we had was parking however with the parking permit and the map of the zones where you can park and the right time of day it was fine. there is a handy loading space on the road by the flat so you can take your suitcases up and then park to save carrying everything to the apartment. The flat is close to the high-street but the well insulated windows and doors kept noise to a minimum, I slept all night without any disturbance. I honestly can't recommend this little gem of a retreat enough, whether you want to get away for a weekend break or even for a longer stay it's just lovely. I hope to visit again in 2013!

“A very well situated apartment, which is close to all facilities.”
Reviewed 7 August 2011 for a stay in August 2011

The location is perfect for the shops, restaurants, and a lovely sandy beach. There are lots of little shops that sell different things, which is nice. The apartment is spotlessly clean, bright and airy, with everything you need.
There were 5 adults and 2 children, (under the age of 4) in our party, and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had an excellent stay here, and would definately stay here again.
