A well positioned cottage. Emma and Chris seem to have thought of everything to make your holiday cottage a really good home from home. Not many places include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, towels, cling fillm and tin foil !!! Not forgetting the tea tray with biscuits set up for your arrival. The grounds of East Briscoe are lovely to explore, but make sure you are "sure footed" some of the walks arent for the faint hearted. How ever you can walk for miles and see wonderful countryside and wildlife. High Force Waterfall is a lovely day out. The cottage has leaflets to help you chose where to spend your days, even places to eat and take aways. They offer baby sitting and Taxi service!!!
My only gripe and it was a tiny one is that there arent many windows from the cottage to see the fantastic countryside. The other cottages had big windows so please realise this review is just for Studio Cottage.

We loved East Briscoe - a stunning location away from it all with a lovely stream running through the grounds. Our cottage was very cosy and clean and we were welcomed with home baked flapjack, a tea tray and newly laid eggs! It was all very friendly and relaxing. We are definitely keen to go back. Our dogs and children felt very welcome which was a bonus.
