welcoming as Sally and her husband. If you need comfortable decent sized rooms then Harefield Cottage is that place.

Breakfast was very good, served wonderfully and was very delicious. A lot of variety so there is something that suits everyone.Unfortunately we didn't try their set dinner menu but I'm sure it would have been scrumptious!

Overall a wonderful stay, room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, they had complimentary coffee/tea with cookies and tv for when you want some entertainment.

We stayed in Harefield cottage for 3 nights during our week in Cornwall and wish we could have stayed more. After 6 hrs drive from London we were greeted by Sally with a pot of tea and shortbreads and a brief tour of the house (with swings in the garden and hot tub outside), and were truly made to feel like at home.
Location: about 5 mins drive/ 20 min walk from Bude on a coastal path of you enjoy walking.
Rooms: spacious and immaculately clean. Tea and coffee facility, and we even had robes in the room. Plenty of storage. Also the bathroom has both proper bath and a good shower (although pressure is rather weak if other guests are taking the shower). The cottage also has a spacious guest room with sofas and large tv, great if you have kids. Almost forgot - Sally left 2 teddies for our daughter to play with, faultless hospitality yet again.
Breakfast: very good standard and choice for B&B, in fact better than many 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed in. There are 2 breakfast rooms with large tables for guests to sit around, so you have a chance to exchange tips and share plans with other guests.
I could go on and on praising this little gem, definitely should be on your short list if you are going to North Cornwall.

Me and my partner stayed in this little gem for 3 nights back in March and it was a perfect getaway. Breakfast was delicious, hosts excellent and walks just great. The only downside is the lack of restaurants available in Bude, but sally will happily cook you an evening meal upon request which is just as good as eating out. Lack of restaurants may be due to us going to Bude out of season but do not let this put you off going.

Room is lovely and spacious, with shortbread and toffess upon arrival. You are right on the sea cliffes with beaches just walks away with plenty of surf.

Do no hesitate to book this little place, for the prices they charge it is a beautiful place and we cannot wait to go back!

This B & B is one of the friendliest places we have ever stayed! great location and Sally and Bill couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. We recieved such a warm welcome and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I would love to stay here again and i will recommend this B & B to everyone! The breakfast choice was great, tasted superb and there was plenty of it too!
We booked at 4 pm, turned up the same day at 9 pm and only stayed one night, wish it could have been more!! You really dont get this kind of service in a chain hotel thats for sure!
