Found this place by chance on Easter Day lunch time. Not seen it before.
The Fleur de Lis...yes that is the spelling...is tucked away behind the High Street, not far from the Priory. You might have to look for it
There is a small patio outside for eating on warm days, but we found it best inside.
There was a pretty broad menu, and a fine selection of home made cakes, and the place is so compact that you can actually watch the cakes being made, the food prepared...and chat to the ladies preparing it all at the same time.
The food seemed very good, and the prices reasonable.
I had the selection of charcuterie which came with a number of small dishes of olives, gherkins etc and their bread with olives in it. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
My wife had their take on Welsh Rarebit and said she would have that again.
