Quick visit down to Mum n Dads and discussion turns to what we doing for Sunday Lunch,,, as always kids chirp up with can we go to the Dragons Palace..... Mum n Dad are mid 80s and love the place, £10 a head for an eat as much a you want, all very well cooked, super fresh, MSG Free, continually refilled so the popular items are always fresh and available. The Kids stuff themselves silly and also try new things that ordinarily they wouldnt. Mum n Dad happy as they love the place and are regulars as they eat well with no fuss.
Genuinley you cant go wrong, the venue is clean, food is fresh and well priced. facilities and tired but very clean. Well done and see you again soon....

4/5 Stars Overall

The food is really good and the options for veggies is great we had the including a variety of veggie starters, Vegetarian Aromatic Duck (Yes, you read that correct!), alongside a variety of different mock-chicken dishes offered in different sauces for the main dishes. Followed by an Irish Coffee! (On a weeknight too!..)

The food came out prompt which was good as there was 8 of us and sometimes the restaurants cannot handle larger bookings!

We did struggle a little with finding out what some of the main dishes' sauces were like in terms of spiciness etc. due to the language barrier but made the evening even more adventurous (and I found out their Kung Pao is awesome!)

Would return again!

Was really looking forward to eating aromatic crispy duck: it was dry and not very aromatic at all, no flavour of spices. Generally the food is just ok probably because of the "all you can eat" menu, they need to prepare large quantities of food in short time. Not suitable for us as we are looking for quality rather than quantity.

We fancied a Chinese meal that wasn't takeaway, read the reviews and decided this was the best option. One waitress was very helpful, the other was obviously having a bad day. By the time we had worked our way through the mountains of food on our first and second courses we were too full to order a main course each, so shared one between us. Out of everything we sampled the crispy duck was the best, it was very crispy, just how I like it. The restaurant is accessible to Christchurch and Southbourne as about halfway between the two places. It's on a bus routetoo if you want an alcoholic drink. Yes, would go back.

Been going here for the last few months and really enjoy the food, I booked a table Wednesday night to make sure we had a seat because it gets busy, we turn up and apparently there is no booking for us same as a lady in front of us but thankfully for her she was seated, we wait until everyone is in them get told the only thing I could be offered was to sit in the conservatory and eat food and we could get discounted drinks. Not happy at all had to leave because why would anybody sit out in the conservatory seating entrance to eat your lunch meal.

Don't think I will waste my time making a booking and going again because they don't honour the bookings
