Thank you all at Christchurch Harbour
Had such an amazing stay at Christchurch Harbour recently with my 2 children. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were looked after well. Delicious food, a great spa with children’s swim available ( not something offered in all hotels) and incredible staff.
I would like to thank Jordi for looking after us in the Upper Deck on our second night and Tiago and George for making some superb cocktails,
We will certainly return and look forward to being looked after again soon!

Just returned from 3 nights at this hotel. Have stayed a few times now as location is wonderful, so quiet and the view from the garden of the sea just lovely. Stayed on top room, comfortable bed, complimentary gin!! Great walk-in shower and towels changed regularly. A little gem with such friendly and helpful staff 10/10

Room tip: Car park on site.

Attended the Upper Deck restaurant for a birthday meal for 10 people. The restaurant managed to fit us in relatively last minute considering Jubilee weekend & incredibly busy which we were very grateful for!
Fantastic views over the harbour & kept lovely & warm outside by multiple heat lamps as the night drew in.
Range of menu choices, especially as one of our party was vegan & special attention was made she was catered for. Food was delicious & delivered in a timely manor with a special complimentary birthday plate for the birthday girl!
We were well looked after and all thoroughly enjoyed, I’m sure we’ll be back again soon!

The views were lovely and on the whole the staff were very good, but the hotel rooms let the place down. At the price you would expect air conditioning in the room, comfortable pillows and a bottle of water next to the bed. We wanted to have a drink on the terrace (indoors) before dinner at the restuarant but were told it was for diners only even though there were plenty of free tables and we were hotel guests.
Need a bit of an upgrade to charge the prices you are!

Dear Lisa
I am so sorry you felt we did not give value for money on your recent visit to us. Our prices fluctuate in line with demand and local competition. However i would love to know more about your stay so we can review your comments and stay more thoroughly.

Had a very relaxing break, location was perfect for what we wanted and food was excellent. The reason it has only been given a three rating is that we booked the most expensive room available Harbour view but the room was incredibly small and our friends paid less and got a much better room with outdoor space. That cannot be right.

Dear Mr and Mrs Gautrey
I am delighted you enjoyed everything with the exception of the small room.
I hope we can speak in person so we can be given the opportunity to put this right.
