Had a lovely lunch at the upper deck restaurant. Food was excellent and service very good and attentive. Had a lovely waiter called Phil who was excellent. If you want a special treat this is the place with gorgeous views over Mudeford harbour.

Beautiful rooms, great location and stunning views from the terrace. Very friendly staff and everything runs like clockwork.
We were there for a wedding so didn't try any off the spa facilities or kayaks etc, however the breakfast was lovely sitting outside in the morning.

We stayed for a couple of nights, enjoying the comfortable and well equipped bedrooms and superb bathroom - all spotlessly clean.
The food we had from the upper deck restaurant was wonderful and beautifully cooked and presented. The breakfast choices were very good too and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
The only cloud over our stay this time was a very noisy wedding party which over spilled into the restaurant while we were having our dinner, making conversation very difficult and a disturbed sleep due to party guests in the carpark under our window .
Other than that we enjoyed our stay at Harbour Hotel very much

Room tip: Choose a quieter room over looking gardens

Thank you so much for taking the time to review us on TA and we are delighted that on the whole you had a 'Great Stay' with us. With regards to the wedding noise this is frustrating to read and my sincere apologies for this, we provide our weddings with many private areas to avoid this and we will review internally to minimize this risk of it repeating.

Stayed at this hotel three times now and it really is a lovely place. The rooms are always very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable. Food here is great too from the Jetty to the Upper Deck (my personal favourite) both are excellent. The spa area is great we will enjoyed using the pool and sauna.
The staff are very professional and friendly could not fault them. Cherry was so helpful to us - a credit to the hotel. Thank you Cherry!
The hotel’s position on the water is wonderful and allows glorious views and it’s a short walk to the beach.

I would just mention to try and avoid room 311 if you are booking, it’s right above the staff kitchen entrance and can be noisy with slamming of outside door (a lot!) and the staff shouting from the kitchen from early morning to last dinner service. You’re also where all the deliveries arrive……. You have to open windows in the hotel as no air con so this makes the noise greater! If you’re after a quiet room this is not the one.

All said it’s a lovely hotel and we love our stays here I would definitely recommend (just not room 311!)

Thank you very much for taking the time to review us. I am delighted you enjoyed almost every aspect of what we do especially the mention of the team.
I am sorry you found 311 noisy, there is no hiding where it is situated however we should manage this noise much better and we will review your comments with the team. There should be no deliveries before 9am and all staff should enter and leave the building from a different entrance before and after 9am/9pm. Our apologies.

Although we live nearby Christchurch Harbour Hotel is one of our favourite places to stay. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and well-trained. The rooms are spotlessly clean, large, well-equipped with bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast was very good with lots of options bith cooked to order and continental bffet-style to choose from. We also ate at The Jetty which was exceptional. A birthday card, chocolates and a complimentary drink awaited my husband.
