Lovely spacious room with great in room facilities in a beautiful location. Very welcoming hosts and friendly atmosphere. Clean, warm and comfortable stay and would recommend. We particularly enjoyed the full English breakfast.

Luckily came across this charming little place on a recent visit to Fowey. Beamed ceilings and full of character. Enjoyed a very nice afternoon tea sat at a table by the window. Very easy to find in one of the main streets.

Nice pot of Tea for two and teacakes on a wet Sunday afternoon. Splendidly old property. Owners limited by restrictions of property. Dog friendly. All good enough, therefore. Parking handily nearby, as a very damp day.

We were in Fowey looking for a cup of tea and found this place. It was warm and cosy and full of historical interest. We enjoyed our sandwiches and cakes very much, and were delighted to make the acquaintance of the gorgeous Frank, the Labrador who lives there. Do pop in if you are in Fowey!

Room tip: We didn't stay in a room, just had tea and cake
