We arrived at the hut on the Friday night. My boyfriend had rang ahead to order flowers as a surprise for valentines and the owners were lovely enough to go out and get them for him.
Woodburner and tea lights were all lit on arrival and it looked like something from a fairytale with all the fairy lights surrounding.
The hut had everything we needed. Wood etc supplied. We brought our own coal for a bbq breakfast and there was a one hob stove supplied with kettle for our morning brews.
If you are looking for a quiet idyllic spot then this is it. Still super close to all amenities but in its own little spot of heaven.
Sooo romantic. We will totally be visiting again. Thank you.

“Glamping!”

Lovely hosts, lovely place, Wood burning stove lovely, decor lovely, scenery lovely, beds and towels lovely, great to be so close to city but in country.
Perhaps needed a bit better steer that it was glamping in the advert: we really wish we'd taken our camping stove and pans and camping crockery. Also needed better lights in the hut as it would be a great place to spend the evenings reading. (Curtains probably useful in summer!) If it had been rainy I think the route to the bathroom would have been rather unpleasant but as it was it was fine.
