Stayed here while walking the Speyside Way as hotel was convenient for the route. Excellent hotel with friendly staff and reasonable price. Would definitely use again. Rooms comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing.

We were travelling the region as a large golfing group of 17, so we needed somewhere that could accommodate us near to the region's golf courses.

The Grant Arms fit the bill perfectly, with nice modern rooms, plus a large restaurant and bar areas, although some of the group reported patchy/non existent wifi in their rooms.

The town is small, but pleasant, also allowing for a nice stroll if you have some spare time.

A well looked after very clean and cosy hotel at a reasonable price, often some really good talks on to listen to during a stay coupled with lots of help finding some of the fantastic wildlife of the area

Room Tip: Rooms on the corners of the buildings at the front have small turret areas which are pleasant to sit in

A lovely atmosphere as you walk into the Hotel Lobby. Our room was a good sized and the bed was fairly comfortable - a bit hard for my liking but my partner slept like a log! There are a couple of power plugs within easy reach, but the rest are hidden well behind the furniture (and very dusty). The WiFi was not working when we stayed due to line upgrades in the area, and I struggled to get reliable mobile signal to use mobile internet. There is a computer in the bird watching club room (the hotel has an on site bird watching club!) but it took a very long time to boot up, and was slow to use. The breakfast was very good, with a hot and cold buffet to help yourself. Your could order additional hot items as well like kippers. Very well located if you fancy visiting a range of distilleries.

Stayed for 6 nights on a bird-watching and walking break. Chosen because of BWWC connection and not disappointed in any way. Good public rooms, good food in a well-staffed restaurant and good advice from BWWC reps. Comfortable, good-sized en-suite "club bedroom" overlooking square in front of hotel.
