This hotel doesn't change the sheets between guests to save on laundry costs and dry your coffee cups with dirty towels that you have used for showering. Absolutely apauling, management need to re think their standards as this is no way to run a hotel. Hopefully naming and shaming them will put a stop top this but i doubt it.

We stayed at the Sea Princess last night and had a great stay being disabled the facilities were great, our room was very clean and tidy, the beds where very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was really good too well worth the cost. We definitely will be staying again.

The saa princess is right on the saw front. Rooms very clean and easy accessible. Staff and management very welcoming and helpful. Food was very good and well presented. Will be using again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Great value for money!

Rubbish dirty and insecure rooms this is a budget hotel and is currently worth around £15.00 a night I have stayed in budget backpackers hotels with better accommodation!!!
The worst part, the owner/manager was no where to be seen although there were several people complaining. The one member of staff had to contend with a barrage of abuse with no support or resources to improve the situation. This hotel seriously needs to be updated and made secure for its guests so that people will visit and return,
It is a crying shame that a prime location hotel on Great Yarmouth seafront resembles rooms of bedsit land standard from the 1970s ,Great Yarmouth is a lovley British seaside town, hotel inspectors need to review the stars for this hotel ,in order for improvements to be made so coach party guests will feel welcome safe and comfortable.
