The caravan was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. We easily had two families stay for a few days with room to spare. The location was ideal and the main tourist beach a few minutes away by car. Everything we needed for a fun family weekend away. Will definitely use this again.
I found this caravan at the very last moment, having decided to cancel the hotel that we had booked, due to very bad reviews. We found it to be a very comfortable van, although being a three bedroomed one it was slightly cramped and small in the sleeping and bathroom areas. However, it was a three bedroom, and the living party of the caravan was very good. The television worked well, and so did the heating which we had to put on for an hour one night. I would recommend this van to others, but if you have young children you will need to consider the fact that there is a very high sea wall close to the van, with concrete steps leading up to the promenade. When you get there, you will need to climb over another sea wall. There is no rail along the promenade on the sea side, and with large bits of concrete debris on the beach, and the beach not being accessible at this point, it might not be suitable for children. However, if you walk down the prom for a quarter mile, you will come to the steps down to the beach which is open. and it is lovely down there. I liked this holiday as it was quiet and comfortable. We travelled about locally, to Happisburgh, Kessingland, Diss and Pakefield to name but a few places, and we found lovely places to have lunch or just a cake and coffee. I would go back.
