“Loft with a view and everything you could ask for!”
Reviewed 16 April 2016 for a stay in April 2016

We had an excellent week staying at The Loft, Lymington. Rachel and Peter were very welcoming hosts and made sure that all our needs were met. The Loft is secluded and has wonderful views of the garden. It is warm, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped. It made an excellent base from which to explore the New Forest, both by bike and on foot. The Loft is situated five minutes from Lymington high street which made eating out and shopping really easy. The Loft is a real gem and one we hope to visit again!

“Perfect in every way - I could live there!”
Reviewed 30 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Just returned from a 5 night stay at the Loft and was sad to leave.
A beautifully furnished and decorated apartment fully equipped and very comfortable.
We were two adults and 1 child (4 years old) and the loft was just perfect for our needs, plenty of space.
Rachel and Pete go out of their way to welcome you and ensure you have a pleasant stay. They kindly provided a ready bed for my daughter which she loved and meant she could sleep in the main bedroom with us. Even left our daughter some mini eggs for Easter, a card for her birthday and some kids dvd's when we had a rainy day. Such a lovely friendly couple who really go the extra mile.
A short walk to the Lymington High street which has every shop/bar/restaurant you could need.
Would love to come and stay again.

“A peaceful, beautiful and welcoming home from home.”
Reviewed 21 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Rachel and Peter, our 'Loft' hosts where everything we could have asked for with accommodation to match. They were friendly and welcoming and hosted a clean, peaceful and tranquil hideaway flat that catered for all our needs.
The Loft is a few minutes walk from the town centre so everything is accessible without having to get in the car and Lymington was a delight to explore. I have already recommended the Loft to couple of friends thinging of the new Forest as a holiday destination!

“Lovely Loft in Lymington”

The Loft is like a home away from home while in Lymington. The accommodation has been decorated beautifully and is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It is well equipped with a full kitchen, front loader washing machine and plenty of hot water in the shower room. It is a wonderful place to return to after visits to the beautiful attractions in the area which include Milford on Sea and Hurst Castle, Christchurch and its priory, Beaulieu and the National Motor Museum and the Isle of Wight.

LymIngton is a beautiful town with plenty of fascinating shops and marvellous pubs and restaurants. The Loft is located within a very short walk of the High Street and its many attractions. There are many supermarkets within easy walking distance including Waitrose, M&S and Tesco. Lymington has many coffee shops and places to eat. Our favourites included Willow, which is a two minute walk away for coffee and cake, Ciao Belli, a wonderful Italian which also does great coffee, pineapple cake and mushroom and truffle risotto. The Kings Head Pub does a great Sunday roast and burgers at the Thomas Tripp are recommended.

For those travelling without a car, Lymington has good public transport available with a local train and bus service.

We appreciated Rachel and Peter's welcoming and their marvellous hospitality.

“Delightful”
Reviewed 3 December 2015 for a stay in November 2015

We stayed for a long weekend in Nov. Well equipped, nicely furnished self-contained accommodation. Situated just off the High Street. Great market on Saturday, lots of places to eat and drink, and lovely walks along the coast and through the marshes. Didn't touch the car once we'd arrived. Welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee and homemade shortbread was lovely. Rachel and Peter were very friendly and knowledgeable.
My one comment would be to mention the ceiling height in the kitchen/diner. Whilst it wasn't a problem for us (hence the excellent rating) it might be for someone over 6ft tall.
Would love to return for longer to use as a base for exploring the New Forest.
