Located at the beautiful Lymington Yacht Haven on the edge of the New Forest, our friendly team are ready to provide a warm welcome whether you arrive by sea, road, foot or bicycle. As well as a relaxed and comfortable lounge and bar area, our first floor terrace is one of the finest on the South Coast with spectacular views spanning over the marina, the Solent and to the Isle of Wight. We’re open from 8am every day serving freshly cooked food and delicious homemade treats. From Sailor’s breakfasts, to light bites, lunches and dinners, we’re sure you’ll find something tempting on our menu. We strive to use locally-sourced, seasonal produce as much as possible. As well as using a range of New Forest ingredients and serving locally-made beers and ales, our Specials Menu changes weekly based on the latest catch and crop.

This is located at the Marina and is surrounded by boats and over looks the IOW as well as the fuel berth.
It is expensive but does have some far reaching views of boating traffic.
The staff tend to be young and modern.
There is free wifi.
There is a childrens' menu but it does not really have the child friendly ambiance or space.
There is a limited lunch menu, some specials and a few croissants and cakes for a coffee break.
There is a large outside decking area for relaxing evenings with friends if we ever have warm weather.

Needed lunch after visit to LYH and it was easier to go to The Haven rather than move to another location.
Very hot and sunny day and we were lucky to get a window table without having to wait.
Place was busy but staff were friendly and orders were quickly taken.
Mains of a crab salad and pan roasted halibut came with too much of a wait and the prosecco ordered helped this down.
Crab was fresh and presented picked in its shell. Plenty of meat and the potato salad also good.
The Halibut was cooked just ok, nearly going over but the pea and cockle sauce worked well with it.
Portion of French fries also very good.
Coffee followed which was also good.
All in all not set all bad, could be seen as a bit expensive but it is what this sort of location sets and view over the marina and Solent is pretty good.

We ate here with friends in a party of 12 and the girls had cocktails to start. The staff were attentive and helpful and we were seated at a table that had great views . The service was a little slow to start but well worth the wait and everyone agreed that the choice and quality of the food was superb.

Rather than flog into town decided to see what this place had to offer-was berthed in nearby marina for the night.
All was located on the 1st floor(no lifts) and the outside bar area with numerous places to sit was humming .Popped into the main dining areas and again was very well occupied-so decided to give it a try,
Decided on the whole plaice -which were one of the specials-it was very well prepared and very fresh
Not many tables were left unoccupied which was good sign .And this was only around 1900 and midweek .Bet packed out weekends!!
Good range of drinks
Menu was extensive also.
Well worth popping in to sample
All the staff were very attentive so service was slick-just what one wants nowadays.
Everybody has a view looking out over the hundreds of yachts/motor boats either in adjacent marina or tied up in river..

The Haven has a special place in my life as I had my 40th birthday dinner here with a large group of my very special friends and when we are in Lymington we try to go here and eat. We haven't been back for a couple of years but wanted to take the kids and mum in law here so they could see and taste why it is so special to my wife and me.
Dinner - awesome, fish cooked to perfection, steaks cooked to perfection, the most lovely bread for starters and with the mussels.
Service - staff great
Ambiance - They have refurbished so you dont have to use the toilets down in the changing rooms anymore and managed not to lose any of the character either!
It's wonderful!

Thank Richard J
