“Home away from home”
Reviewed 9 February 2016 for a stay in February 2016

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend break. The Studio was the most cute and cosy accommodation, I was surprised by how homely it was. It was a relief to arrive after an eventful drive down there, but Annabelle was really welcoming and brought us a gorgeous continental breakfast in the morning!

I would certainly recommend this to family and friends, thank you for a lovely stay!

“EXCELLENT WEDDING WEEKEND! ”
Reviewed 10 November 2015 for a stay in October 2015

We stayed here for our wedding weekend as we had our evening reception at the Walhampton Arms over the road. Annabelle was brilliant! When we booked Annabelle was more than happy to show us the studio, and we couldn't wait to stay. My hubby to be spend the first night before the wedding on his own at the studio and I joined him on the second night (so we didn't see each other). The studio is gorgeous, nicely decorated, little kitchenette and lovely bathroom with shower. The main/bed room has a small table and chairs, a lovely big bed that was very comfortable! Plus telly, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and a hanging rail. On arriving back at the studio after the wedding Annabelle had left us a lovely card, a bottle of bubbly and some balloons which was a really lovely touch. The breakfast was DELICIOUS, nice warm pastries, toast, jams, fresh orange juice pot of tea and big bowl of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and porridge. There was also a coffee machine, bottled water and milk in the fridge. We really really enjoyed our stay here and didn't want to go, would have been nice to of had another couple of nights but couldn't as we have children. Thank you Annabelle for a lovely stay and making it special. X

“Fantastic.”

Really great place to stay! The accommodation is great, really comfortable and really nicely decorated but it is also the service that Annabelle provides which makes it a great place to stay. The breakfast is served to your doors with lovely freshly baked bread & pastries, fruit etc.
Great location with lots to do near by and some great places to eat also.

“Gorgeous place to stay”
Reviewed 21 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

From my initial enquiry into the property, Annabelle (the owner) was extremely helpful & welcoming. The accommodation is a 'boutique style' studio which is very tastefully decorated and comfortable to stay in. I felt vey much at home. The breakfasts were delicious - tho I never really did them justice - apologies Annabelle!
The location is excellent for the New Forest & Lymington. I loved being able to walk into Lymington, pick up the Solent Way & walk around the coastline to places like Keyhaven & Milford On Sea. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would definitely choose to stay again.
