Well where to start , firstly a quick phone call during our journey to let the Linden Guest house know what time we would be arriving . A lovely gentleman( Patrick) asked us if we would like to upgrade from a twin room to a two bedroom apartment at the top of the house . Err yes please .
We arrived to a wonderfully warm welcome and an equally warm apartment which was well equipped and beautifully clean and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order right in front of us with scintillating and entertaining conversation and a little bit cheeky banter from ourselves and Patrick alike . Nothing was a bother to him and his good lady wife was lovely too .
We arrived as guests and feel we left as friends thier home was our home from Friday to Monday and we are so grateful we found such a little gem . Hope to see you again Patrick and Clare . Thank you so much for putting up with us and making our weekend so much fun . Christine and Julie . X

Thanks for taking the time to write a review Christine and Julie - we loved having you both stay too! See you again when you're visiting - a couple more pubs may need to be tried and tested.....

Thanks for reviewing us Gedm. We do have some great walks from our doorstep and the Ross-on-Wye Walking Festival the last weekend of September every year. Perhaps plan a return visit for some led walks!

Had a super two nights in The Linden. The B&B is very well situated for exploring Ross on Wye, in particular the Kings Head for craft beers and great chat space and further afield. Patrick, the proprietor, cooks, chats and serves a great breakfast. All v clean and hospitable.

Thanks for reviewing us Jayne - glad we made a positive impression on you! There is lots to do around this area as well as trying the local 'amber nectar' - some are suprosed to hear that Herefordshire producers more cider and perry than other other county in the country! Come and visit again soon.

Came here with my other half over New Years and had a fabulous time, the rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The owner was very friendly and loved a good chat over breakfast, speaking of, breakfast was excellent. Location was spot on, a minute walk from all the shops. An excellent value of money, highly recommended.
