Yes the car park is tight but the good news is someone will park your vehicle for you! Lovely welcome from staff and enjoyed a welcome drink admiring the amazing views. I would only stay in a room with a balcony as the view down the estuary is quite spectacular! Try for a room on the 3rd floor for the best views.
A few niggles - having to ask for water 3 times in the restaurant and never receiving the ice/lemon in the evening also the water in the spa was always empty when I went for a cool drink but these things aside it was a wonderful stay.
Wanted to ask about treatments but the girl in the spa was always on the phone chatting to friends when I passed so I didn't bother so I can't comment on the treatments but the pool area was lovely. The food in the restaurant was good (great breakfast) but we enjoyed Boatswain in the town more if I'm honest.
